I am the founder and lead trainer of Hypermind Lab. I spent fourteen years carrying an enterprise quota in CPaaS, banking technology and hardware — at Karix, Gupshup, NSE Information Technology, Lenovo, Axis Bank and BNY Mellon — before I taught a single paid session.
Today I train founders and customer-facing teams to sell, speak and write using business psychology and applied neuroscience. I wrote all 26 courses in the Hypermind Lab curriculum myself, and I still carry a book of business — because a trainer who has never carried a quota is teaching theatre.

A failed exam is the reason this company exists
I scored 97 in maths and then failed Engineering Mathematics. That single F taught me more about performance than every win that followed — that competence and confidence are separate systems, that most people quit at the exact moment the second one wobbles, and that both are trainable.
Years later I watched the same pattern in sales floors: people who knew the product cold and still lost the room. Not a knowledge gap — a decision gap. Everything Hypermind Lab teaches came out of trying to close it, first for myself and then for other people's teams.

Who is Kunal Moon?
Kunal Moon, also known as KK Moon, is the founder and lead trainer of Hypermind Lab, an Indian applied-neuroscience training company. He is an IIM Calcutta MBA and COEP engineer who spent fourteen years in enterprise CPaaS and banking-technology sales before founding the company.
He is a two-time Guinness World Record holder, a Toastmasters District 41 speaking champion, a TEDx speaker, and the author of all 26 courses in the Hypermind Lab curriculum.
