Four steps, no exclusivity, no joining fee
You send the form below
Tell us what you have actually done — quota carried, rooms taught, scripts written. Credentials matter less here than evidence.
A 45-minute conversation
Two-way. You will be asked to teach something for ten minutes; you should ask us how we pay, how we assign, and what we will not compromise on.
Certification on the system
MIRROR, SPEAK or SCRIPT depending on the track. Unpaid, roughly two weeks part-time, and yours to keep whether or not we work together.
Co-delivery, then solo
Your first two engagements are co-delivered with Kunal. After that you carry your own rooms, with revenue shared per engagement rather than a retainer.
Associate with Hypermind Lab
Trainers, writers, referral partners and institutions. One human reads every one of these, and you get a reply either way within a week.
Can I teach Hypermind Lab courses as a freelance trainer?
Yes, once you are certified on the relevant system. We do not sub-contract to uncertified freelancers, and we do not licence the curriculum for anyone to teach unsupervised.
Certification is unpaid and takes roughly two weeks part-time. Your first two engagements are co-delivered before you carry a room alone.
Do you pay a referral fee?
Yes. Referral and channel partners are paid a share of the engagement value, agreed in writing before the introduction is made rather than negotiated afterwards.
There is no joining fee, no exclusivity clause, and no requirement to represent us anywhere.
We are a business school or incubator. Can you run a module for us?
Yes. Institutional partnerships are a separate track — usually a sales and communication module inside an existing founder, MBA or placement programme.
