Executive Keynote & Pitch Coaching
The keynote you will be remembered for, and the elevator pitch that opens the room — written with you and rehearsed until it is yours.

Service explainer · 60–90s
The programme
- Elevator pitch assessment: a scored review of your 30, 60 and 120-second pitch, with the rewrite. Start with the free Pitch Scorecard.
- Keynote script sprint: Spine, Contrast, Resistance, Illustration, Proof, Turn (the SCRIPT system), built on your material
- The first 90 seconds and the last 30: openings and closings that hold a room
- A story bank: the three stories every leader needs on call
- Delivery coaching: voice, presence, pauses, the room (the SPEAK system); recorded rehearsals with review
- Teleprompter-ready cut, speaker notes, and day-of support when needed
Who it is for
CXOs, founders and senior leaders with a high-stakes talk coming up, and leadership teams who want one standard for how the company speaks.
What changes
A talk you can deliver identically on your worst day, and a pitch your leadership team tells the same way.
Before you enquire
Who should attend Executive Keynote and Pitch Coaching?
CXOs, founders and senior leaders with a high-stakes talk coming up, and leadership teams who want one standard for how the company speaks.
How is the programme customised to our business?
A 20 to 30 minute scoping conversation, online or in your office, at no charge. We map your industry, deal size, sales cycle and the two objections that kill most of your deals before anything is designed.
Do you deliver in person or virtually?
Both. In person is strongly preferred for the first workshop, because reading a room is most of the diagnosis. Later sessions work well virtually.
What participants say
Recorded during the live sessions of Cohort 1 of the New Age Selling Masterclass, September 2026, and published with each participant's written permission. Nothing scripted, nothing paid for.
41s“A much more innovative introduction than just typical, repeating the same stuff. On that front it was certainly valuable.”
Strategy & Market Intelligence
34s“Every time you think your pitch is good, but it need not necessarily be. It's only when somebody else sees it that you realize.”
Retired, 30+ years in sales
34s“Meeting the industry veterans and learning from their experience, it's always a blessing.”
